Refund policy

Returns

To start a return, email support@omnicartgoods.com with your order number and a picture or video of the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Return shipping for unused, unopened items is the customer's responsibility. We'll send you the return address when you contact us.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us with a photo or a video and return the item within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
